Welcome to PhotoVault - Keep Photos Safe. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.

Use of the app

• PhotoVault is provided as-is for use on supported Apple devices.
• You are responsible for the photos, videos, albums, passcode, settings, and other content you manage in the app.
• You agree to use the app in compliance with Apple platform rules, applicable law, and the rights of other people.

Local data and backups

• PhotoVault is designed for local device use. You are responsible for maintaining device backups if you need a separate copy of your data.
• Deleting the app may remove local app data from your device.
• If you use Apple services such as iCloud Backup, those services are governed by Apple's terms and settings.

Purchases

• PhotoVault may offer a one-time Pro upgrade through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Prices, taxes, payment processing, receipts, refunds, and purchase history are handled by Apple.
• Restore Purchase requires the Apple ID that originally made the purchase and a working App Store connection.

No guarantee

• We work to keep PhotoVault reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device state or media file.
• You should keep independent backups of important photos and videos.

Changes

• We may update the app, related materials, and these terms over time.
