- You can export selected items back to the iOS photo library.
- PhotoVault Lite may limit albums or video import until the one-time Pro upgrade is purchased.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Does PhotoVault upload my photos or videos?
No. PhotoVault is designed to keep imported media in local app storage on your device and does not operate its own cloud account system for your private media. - Why does PhotoVault ask for Photos permission?
Photo access is needed when you import from or export to the iOS photo library. - Why does PhotoVault ask for Face ID permission?
Face ID or Touch ID is optional and is used only through Apple's device authentication system to unlock the app. - How do I remove imported data?
Delete media inside PhotoVault, or delete the app from your device to remove its local app data. Items already exported to Photos are managed by the iOS Photos app. - Why are some import or export operations slow?
Large videos, many selected items, or iCloud-backed assets may take longer while iOS provides the source data. - How do I restore Pro?
Open the Pro screen and use Restore Purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple and must use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
